I know what the French housing market is like and I saw your photos of what looks to be a lovely space with an enormous patio ("enormous" by my standards). Saying "aww... no southern sun!" is a bit like saying "Aww... it didn't come with a built-in steam room and jacuzzi. And hey, where's the personal valet?" I’m a southern-exposure kind of guy, but far be it for me to say “aww…”.
