		<description>This sounds like a great experience.  Do you happen to have a family size recipe for socca from one of your local friends?  Although I suppose they don&#039;t need to make it when they can buy it.  I have some chickpea flour which I bought in Nice and my husband has built a wood burning oven in the garden its great for pizza but I&#039;d love to try socca.</description>
